1 General Terms

765bd ("we", "our", "platform") is an online entertainment and gaming service provider that offers various casino games, sports betting and live dealer experiences for Bangladeshi users ("members", "you", "players").

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. By using the platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to play under applicable law.
• Have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full.
• Are playing from your own account for yourself and no one else is operating an account in your name.
• Have verified that online gaming is lawful under the applicable regulations of your country.

If these Terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall take precedence in matters of interpretation.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Creating an Account

You need to create a personal account to enjoy all services on 765bd. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, up to date and your own.

• Each person may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You are solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

765bd reserves the right to verify your identity and information at any time. You may be asked to provide a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Age Verification

We strictly enforce an anti-underage gaming policy. If any user attempts to open an account by providing false age information:

• The account will be cancelled immediately.
• All deposited funds will not be returned.
• Any bonuses or winnings earned will be forfeited.
• Relevant authorities may be notified.

Failure to provide valid documentation for age verification will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

All transactions on 765bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• You must use your own registered mobile banking account when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
• Your balance should update immediately after a successful deposit. If there is a delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals will be held until an investigation is completed.

4.3 Currency and Fees

765bd does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking service provider may apply their own charges, for which we are not responsible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (deposit and bonus combined).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The bonus applies to a single account; bonus claims from multiple members of the same household or from the same IP address may be restricted.
• 765bd reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.

5.2 VIP and Cashback

765bd has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Based on regular play, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy up to 1.0% weekly cashback. The amount of cashback depends on the tier and activity level.

5.3 Promotional Terms

All promotions, bonuses and special offers have their own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict with the general bonus rules, the terms of the specific promotion will take precedence.

6 Gameplay and Betting

All games on 765bd are conducted fairly and impartially. We use games from trusted software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and other reputable companies.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 765bd reserves the right to determine the correct result.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game session, the last recorded data on our servers will be considered final.
• If a technical error is detected in a game, all bets for that round will be cancelled and the original amounts will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and football (FIFA World Cup, club football). Odds for live events are subject to change and the outcome of bets depends on official results.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Abusing bonuses or using strategic gameplay to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking the gaming system or using automation software.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes through pre-arranged collaboration with other members.
• Depositing or withdrawing through third-party accounts.
• Falsely presenting yourself as an official, employee or representative of the platform.
• Harassing, abusing or behaving indecently toward other members.

8 Security and Privacy

765bd uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity measures to keep your personal information secure. All financial and personal information you store in our system is protected.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared computer.
• Never share your account credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 765bd is not liable for:

• Interruptions to game sessions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence.
• Any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from gaming.
• Issues arising from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

765bd's total potential liability for any incident is limited to the amount involved in the relevant transaction.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. You are advised to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10.2 Closure at Platform's Initiative

765bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or failing to complete verification.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or suspicious activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

In the event of account closure, the process for returning legitimate funds will depend on the outcome of the investigation. In cases of bonus winnings or violations of terms, funds may be forfeited.

11 Terms & Conditions Changes

765bd reserves the right to change, add, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, we will notify members in the following ways:

• Displaying a notice on the platform.
• Sending details of the changes to the registered email.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.

Continuing to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions take effect will mean that you agree to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
